Name: Jeffrey Solberg | (Son Gohan)
Age: 18
Physical Differences: He's basically a stick figure as opposed to having all those muscles. Seriously, there's pretty much nothing to him.
Occupation: Economics/Architecture major at LCU, also a TA for a freshman-level math class.

Echoes

1st Echo: Tier 1 - Physical/Ability. Got hit in the face with a baseball his first day of high-school. Echoed back a fraction of his durability. Still within human limits, but definitely more than a skinny thing like him should be able to take.

2nd Echo: Tier 1 - Mental. Spoke to a talking cat on the network. Returned the knowledge that talking animals are a pretty normal thing for him.

3rd Echo: Tier 1 - Physical, from an encounter with the Blood Keys. A measure of super-strength, enough to easily toss a grown man around.

4th Echo: Tier 1 - Skill, from judo training with Daniel. Moderate knowledge of proper fighting techniques.

5th Echo: Tier 1 - Item, Christmas Freebie. His Great Saiyaman helmet.

6th Echo: Tier 1 - Memory, from investigating the Wise Snake skin in the abandoned tunnels. The knowledge that he's descended from a species of aliens that would go around wiping out the civilizations of entire planets.

7th Echo: Tier 2 - Power/Ability, from being in proximity to Wise Snake. Full flight capability and the knowledge of how to actually use the ability properly.

8th Echo: Tier 1 - Memory, from seeing the devastation caused by Wise Snake. A memory of burying the residents of a Namek village that had been wiped out.

9th Echo: Tier 1 - Memory, from learning his father had been killed in the Wise Snake attack. The memory of Piccolo harshly telling him that his dad had been killed earlier in the day.

10th Echo: Tier 1 - Physical, from seeing a broadcast of the Las Vegas light. His saiyan metabolism, manifested as his huge appetite that he can satiate without gaining a pound.

11th Echo: Tier 1 - Memory, from being attacked by a gum monster. The memory of his brief, losing battle against the first form of Majin Buu.

Name: Son Gohan (preincarnation) / Jeffrey Solberg (reincarnation)
Canon and medium: Dragonball Z (Anime)
Age: 18 (reincarnation), somewhere in his 20's as the preincarnation.
Preincarnation Species: Saiyan/Human hybrid
Preincarnation Appearance: Normal and Super Saiyan. As a young child, he had a monkey-like tail, but it was amputated early in his life and I'm unlikely to Echo it back for reasons detailed in the abilities section.
Any differences: He will be considerably less muscular, owing to the fact that he's spent this whole life being wimpy bookworm rather than fighting planet-destroying abominations. Otherwise, he pretty much looks like the first picture.
